ETERNA Super KonTiki Black

Inspired by a 1947 expedition to reach the Peruvian coast from Polynesia on board a wooden raft, the KonTiki was born in 1958.Four years later the Super KonTiki diver’s watch made its appearance in the Eterna watch collections.

A little over five decades have gone by and the Granges-based company has brought out an all-black model inspired by a stealth aircraft. Its steel oval 45mm case is coated in black PVD. Black too is the dial with triangular and dotted indices.

A few flashes of light orange bring light to the darkness: the triangular marker on the rotating bezel, the square markers on the minute track, the hour and minute hands, the tip of the seconds hand and the date display at 6 o’ clock.
